國際金融業務OBU---立足台灣、放眼天下

　一、OBU服務對象：

  • 境外個人：

    係指持有外國護照且在中華民國境內無住所之個人。
  • 境外法人：

    係指依外國法律組織登記之法人。但經中華民國政府認許在中華民國境內營業之分支機構不在其內。


　二、OBU開戶應備文件：

  • 個人戶：
  1. 外國護照 Passport
  2. 「非居住民」身分聲明書(銀行用紙) Declaration for Non-ROC Resident
  3. 存款業務往來申請書(銀行用紙) Application Form for Deposit
  • 法人戶：
  1. 公司執照 Certificate of Incorporation
  2. 商業登記證(香港註冊公司需提供) Business Registration Certificate
  3. 董事及股東名冊 Name Lists of Directors and Shareholders
  4. 董事(負責人)及所有有權簽章人員護照影本 Photocopy of Passport
  5. 第一屆董事選任書 Appointment of First Directors
  6. 公司章程 Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation
  7. 年費收據/狀況良好證明書 Invoice of Annual Fee /
    Certificate of Good Standing
  8. 董事會授權書(銀行用紙) General Resolutions
  9. 存款業務往來申請書(銀行用紙) Application Form for Deposit


　三、境外金融OBU的優點：

    1. OBU資金進出自由，不受管理外匯條例限制。
    2. OBU客戶存款利息所得免稅，提供合法之節稅管道。
